Our specially designed retreat curriculum addresses three life-threatening disease states. Each retreat offers encouragement, hope, support, and information on how to thrive and offers practical steps to help you live well. Care and management for the body, mind, and emotions are covered. We discuss the ways that a disease diagnosis can aggravate relationships, comfortability in social settings and groups; and how difficult it is for others to grasp the changes a diagnosis creates in your life. The good news is that the discussion on these topics is complete with suggestions and recommendations to help you navigate these situations.
